Carhartt WIP Lova Short
The afternoon still holds onto warmth, you're heading to the river with your friends and want to wear something you don’t have to constantly adjust. That’s exactly what the women's shorts Carhartt WIP Lova Short are for. These blue denim shorts with a faded effect have a comfortably worn-in look right from day one, giving off a relaxed and natural vibe. You can take them for a bike ride around the city, to a festival, or on a weekend without plans.
The shorts are made from cotton denim, which is sturdy and softens a bit with each wear. Thanks to the regular fit, they sit loosely but don’t sag. The zip and button closure is reliable, and you can stash your phone, keys, or card in the side and back pockets. The embroidery adds a subtle detail to the otherwise clean design. Pair them with a white tank top and sneakers, and in the evening, throw on a loose shirt. Carhartt WIP is the European line of the American workwear brand Carhartt, translating durable work clothing into the language of street fashion since 1989.

Founded in 1994 by Edwin Faehe, Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP) develops custom collections based on original Carhartt workwear. The brand combines authentic adaptations of rugged American archetypes and collaborates with the subcultures that surrounded it. On the other hand, Carhartt WIP also managed to get into new contexts and bring its own classics. From the late 1980s onwards, countercultures around the world adopted the rugged spirit of Carhartt originals workwear and created their own style. With a growing network and a strong base, Carhartt WIP opened its first store in London in 1997 and began to engage in cultural spheres outside its own industry. As a result, the brand established its own skate team and music department, while supporting a number of artists and publishing various publications.
Since 2010, Carhartt WIP has collaborated with a number of like-minded brands including A.P.C., Converse, Fragment Design, Junya Watanabe, Nike and Vetements, as well as working with music icons such as Fela Kuti, Underground Resistance and Vestax.
